At PÜR Minerals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your clean beauty purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for products in new or gently used condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the return is scanned within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned products, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
